明天我要早起

很多次我尝试养成早起的习惯可是都失败了,也许是因为我的自制力不够,也许是因为方法不对,也许是因为没有动力。最近一个月我基本都是在10点左右才起床。我要改变,千里之行,始于足下,从明天起我一定要成功的早起!君子一言,驷马难追。我会在6点钟起床,然后就可以在8点之前搞定早餐,锻炼,洗澡,计划和写作。

早起的好处


早起最大的好处就是节约了许多宝贵的时间,可以去做许多比睡觉更有意义的事情。如果我每天多出一个小时,那么我可以一个星期看一本书,一个月学习一门乐器,还能每天锻炼,写作等等……早起还可以锻炼自己的意志力,尝试早起的过程,就是和自己的惰性搏斗,锻炼自制力的过程。

如何早起?


1、每天在固定的时刻起床;

定好闹钟,在每天固定的时间起床。让自己的生物钟帮助自己。养成每天在固定时间起床的习惯,如果没睡够,身体自然会调节,明天晚上早点上床。在被闹钟闹醒之后,脑子里什么都不要想,不要在脑海里思考到底要不要起来,醒了就坐起来,伸伸懒腰,然后起床。

2、起床过程花的时间越短,越容易成功;

在我尝试早起失败的时候,我发现,我花在说服自己起床,告诉自己起床的好处的时间越长,就越容易失败。所以,该起床时,不要思考,不要给身体任何把你拉回被窝的机会,用果断的行动告诉自己的身体,起床时间是没有商量谈判的余地的,让身体去适应自己定下的生物钟。万事开头难,开始的时候是需要最大毅力的时候,当你驯服了自己的生物钟后,早起就是很自然的习惯了。

3、合理的睡眠时间是7到8个小时;

就我个人的经验来说,超过8个小时以后的睡眠就不再是休息了,过多的睡眠反而使我头晕,难受。所以如果我6点起床,我就要在晚上10点到11点之间睡觉。Steve Pavlina 在他的文章怎么成为一个zao’qi中说他确定自己该睡觉了的方法就是阅读:

当我不能连续清醒的读下去时,我就会放下书本,关灯睡觉。

我觉得这是一个很好的办法,一是不浪费时间躺在床上等待睡着,二是多读书本身很有益处。就我个人来说,我自己的习惯是关上灯,然后闭著眼睛思考自己感兴趣的内容,比如想想怎么早起,有没有什么好的startup idea之类的问题,很快就睡着了。


11月26号补充:
早上起床做的挺好,但是早起的目的是要一天有个良好的开始,让一天的精神状态都要好,所以足够的睡眠一定要保证,一定要在晚上10点上床看书,11点之前关灯睡觉,一定要坚持。光有激情,没有自律和思考,做什么事情都是会失败的。

I found my dream

We may have different background, came from different country. There are a lot of difference between everybody, however, there is one thing that is equal to everyone: The Time. There are 24 hours a day for everyone. What make our life different is that what we did in this equal length of time. Everybody will die one day and there is no difference if you have more money than me. But the ultimate happiness is that I don’t have any regret and die in peace and happy.

I want to be an successful entrepreneur, I want to start up my own company and make wealth to the world as much as possible. From now on, I will remind myself every time in the morning when I don’t want to get up earlier, every time I don’t want work hard, learn hard. I will ask myself a question every time when I make a decision: “will that decision help you be a good entrepreneur?” I know this is a long way and I will encounter with countless hurdles, but I will never give up, I will keep growing, keep learning from every failure and every mistake.

Martin Luther King, Jr. said that he has a dream that one day black people and white people will be the same, the feeling of working hard to realize your dream is wonderful. I finally found my dream today. I know that will not be my final destination, but I will start to fight for it from now on and push myself to reach it.

I will use this blog to record my experience and thought during the journey, I will keep update everyday to force myself do self-examination everyday. Update blog everyday is also a good way to exercise my brain.
